The Riad Farah was a great experience. They helped us organize transportation around the city, and the Riad itself was beautiful. The communication was very easy and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if it is possible.

Thank you for your hospitality.

The Riad is amazing! It is well located in the center of the old town, most of the attractions are reachable by walking.

We were a group of 9 people, the place is perfect for even bigger groups.

The Riad was clean and the ladies were always very kind and available.

I’d definitely recommend.

Thanks,

Amazing villa, looks exactly like it does on the pictures and I’d return to Marrakech and stay here again!

The team are so helpful, nice and accommodating, Karim was contactable at all times and resolved any issues we had faced. The location is super ideal and close by to the souk, taxi’s are available a short walk away. I’d highly recommend staying at Karims villa, there was 10 of us there for 7 days and we all loved it.

Wow, what a wonderful place to stay! My friends and I spent the best four nights of our lives in Karim’s beautiful Riad. The Riad itself is the perfect location as it is next door to the Jemaa El-Fna and it is a tranquil oasis amidst the chaos of the souqs. We had a welcome lunch waiting for us as soon as we arrived on our first day, which consisted of lamb tajine, aubergines and Moroccan salad and it was absolutely delightful. All of the staff were wonderful and couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were varied and always delicious and the house itself is simply stunning, yet cozy and comfortable. We all have such happy memories of the riad, and when we return to Marrakech, we would not consider staying anywhere else. Thank you so much to all of the team at Riad Farah.

Karin was a fantastic host - great communication for check in/check out, and coordinating transfers to/from the airport for my group. The Riad staff was very friendly and we greatly appreciated having breakfast served each morning! Staying here made our Marrakech experience 10x better; highly recommend it.

Beautiful traditional riad, which is very spacious, each room is decorated very differently and so beautiful. There is so much space that our group of 9 never felt on top of each other and the pool area was a haven of tranquility in the bustle of the Medina. Excellent value for money

Big amazing morrocan oriental apartment. One con is that there are many cats near the riad and they enter the apartment from the roof from time to time. Should be close more carefully

Amazing and spacious riad for a really great price! Breakfast was great and the staff were so kind and helpful. Only thing to be aware of is the 3 euro/ night tourist tax. Definitely well worth it!

We stayed 14 people at the riad in October 2021 (during the pandamic time!!!)
Karim and his staff has been a fantastic host, we stayed in Marrakesh for 8 days at Art Déco Riad Farah and Karim has from day one been fantastic, very flexible when we had to postpone our trip due to the Covid lockdown and travel restrictions, and even he could had keept to the agreement and keep the ½ part payment due to the above it was never a question from his part, he told us that we could just find another date, appriciate.
We had also had many questions for our trip, only a few related to the Riad but more about the city and our possibilites, and he has always answered very open and quick
We can only recommend Karim and the riad, nice place, nice area, nice staff all in all fantastic
Thanks Karim and you fantastic staff

Excellent location, literally in the middle of JamiElFana. We had the entire place to ourselves. The workers were very accommodating and friendly. The pool is very small but was still thoroughly enjoyed by the kids. This isn't a 5* hotel but an authentic stay whilst in Marrakech. Great experience!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Farah. The location is perfect, you can walk everywhere and rarely need to get in a car. For the price, the number of rooms (and bathrooms) you get, the amazing service, wonderful breakfasts, and location is really incredible. I will say that some of the bathrooms are a little more rustic than I anticipated, with the showers right next to the toilet and no wall between, so just be aware of that. But as long as you set your expectations, that you’re not staying at a five star hotel but rather a home, you will be very happy. It’s a beautiful riad, such a unique place and a cultural experience, and we would stay here again in a heart beat. The staff took such good care of us, from cooking amazing food to organizing transportation to even letting one of our group store his bags for an extra day — we can’t thank them enough for their hospitality. Highly recommend!

My 8 American friends and I stayed here for 4 nights, and Aziza and their staff made sure that we were accommodated with everything we needed. We arranged to have a meal prepared upon arrival, after they sent drivers to wait for us at the airport. Our arrival went very smoothly. The airport drivers brought us to the grocery store by our request on the way in to pick up snacks and drinks for our stay, and our dinner which included a birthday cake for dessert was utterly amazing, and so nice to be able to just spend the evening at the riad while we got acclimated with our surroundings. To be fair, we did experience quite a culture shock when we arrived when we had to walk through the very busy market with all of our bags to get to the riad. This riad is dead center in the market area--there is no way to get there except by foot, so it is probably a 10 minute walk. Just be prepared for that, because we weren't quite ourselves upon arrival. That said, the riad staff sent a local with a cart to assist us to the riad, and the location was great to be able to walk everywhere in the Medina. In retrospect, it all went off without a hitch, we just weren't quite mentally prepared for all of the hecticness of getting in. The riad is beautiful, and we really felt immersed in the culture of Marrakech throughout our stay. The rooms all had their own bathrooms--some better than others. The staff cleaned and made the beds every day and provided delicious breakfasts. On the first day, we asked that they prepared some eggs in addition to the delicious orange juice, fruits, jams, coffee, tea, and breads, and they continued to do so every day for us. They were so sweet and we absolutely loved them. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot. Our stay was in January so it cooled down quite a bit at night. The rooms can get a little chilly, but they provided plenty of blankets, and each room has it's own heating unit which helped take the bite off. Keep in mind that as with all things, you get what you pay for. By no means is this the Four Seasons Hotel if that's what you're looking for. But for the price, it truly doesn't get any better than Riad Farah. We would come back in a heartbeat if our travels ever bring us back to Morocco.

The riad is extremely pretty and looked exactly the same as shown from the photos. Aziza, the manager, was very helpful and made sure our check in was smooth and our stay was comfortable. Would definitely recommend my friends!

To start with the booking confirmation, Karim has been very prompt with his responses and had answered many of our questions which was very useful for our trip planning. Secondly, the riad is well located. It is very close to the Jemaa el-Fna and within walkable distance to other tourist spots. Moreover, the riad was well decorated with a Moroccan flavour. It also had abundant space for us to chill and relax which was great. We would recommend Karim’s place to anyone who wants to live like a local while they visit Marrakesh.

We were 18 students staying at the Riad for 5 nights, and the place was just so nice and everything lived up to our expectations. The staff was very welcoming and professional, and helped us with all transport and excursions during the trip. Truly recommend staying here if you are a big group looking for an awesome experience in the heart of Marrakech!

« We descended upon Riad Farah in a group of TWENTY for my birthday, No easy feat to manage for any host! And we arrived in waves. Karim and his house team were incredibly attentive to all and worked overtime to schedule all the various transport needs and answer all our group's questions. The house manager Aziza is a warm, loving hostess and went the extra mile, even connecting me with a tailor to have a couture caftan created. Unbelievable experience! The feast we arranged on our first night was one of the most delicious meals we had in our entire multi-stop, 12 day trip and I only wish we had taken advantage of more in house meals. The location is so incredibly located, 2 minutes to Jemaa El Fna square with easy access to taxis to the new city and Palmeraie, and 2 minutes deeper into the medina maze for hours of wandering. I wish we could have stayed even longer, and we all long to return again. »

« We were a family of six and stayed at the Riad Farah for 3 nights. We're glad we chose the Riad over a regular hotel as we got to see and experience the true Moroccan culture. »
